If you’re reading this, you’re about to embark on an amazing journey thru the world of real estate. If you’re a veteran to the property game or if this is your debut to the world of homeownership, you need an ally who has your back at all times. Working with Bri was best decision that I single-handedly made during my process. Every decision after Bri was made with the advice of a real estate vet who knows the industry like the back of her hand. From our very first intake meeting, I knew Bri meant business. She was organized and attentive to my concerns and desires as a first time buyer. She gave me a game plan on how to optimize my portfolio and before I knew it , the pre approval was done. When it came to helping me find a community that suited my needs, Bri was so knowledgeable about the RDU market that she brought homes to the table that I didn’t even know existed. Her suggested list of potential homes was diverse yet perfectly specific to what I really wanted and needed in a property. We toured homes for one day, 4 properties total, and by 5 pm at the end of that day contracts were being drawn up. Throughout the process of being under contact and underwriting Bri stayed focused and professional the entire time. Even when we had to hard pivot, some way, somehow Bri always had a plan B. Not one construction meeting was missed, not one penny that was promised from the sellers went unaccounted for, and never did I ever once feel like I was not supported.
