We can’t say enough about Bri. She is knowledgeable, communicative, and so helpful in the home-buying process and made it seamless. We never felt pressured into buying - she’s not in it for herself. She genuinely cares about finding the home (and community) that’s right for you. We highly recommend her!

Shockingly she is rated at 5 stars. Maybe she pick and chooses who she wants to give her best service to but my experience was definitely not a 5 star experience. I just read a review on her actual website that someone wrote explaining their experience and it was something similar to what I experienced. Bri was recommended to me and at first I felt like oh maybe I was recommended a good realtor until I didn’t feel like that anymore. I feel with my process she did the bare minimum, she barely answered calls, she was short and impatient with me at times with things I did not understand. I am a first time home buyer. I tried to educate myself as much as I could before starting this process but I also was learning a lot along the way. I felt she wanted to just get me in a home to make a sell. When I actually did find the home that I loved and went through the entire process, not only did I have to negotiate for the things I wanted for my home but Bri decided to email me the day of closing to tell me she would not be present for the final walk through or the closing process and I just found that to be distasteful and unprofessional! I know they are not required to be at closing but a good realtor would have seen the entire process through and make sure everything goes well for the client. Instead of joining me on closing day for the purchase of my very first home, Bri opted out and treated her self to a spa day. Smh. That was more important to her than to show up for her client on their closing day. I truly wish I would have shopped around for more realtors vs just going with the one person that was recommended to me. Maybe I would feel better about the commission being given to someone who truly deserved it! Lesson learned! Anyone who I come in contact with that needs a home, I will make sure not to mention her name and have them shop elsewhere for a better experience!

Just not a good person to work with. She wasn’t helpful, wouldn’t return phone calls and just generally wasn’t pleasant to work with. Made me feel like anytime I called it was a major inconvenience. Wouldn’t recommend, find someone else who is more patient and helpful!
